Getting Started — Quick Start with Voicei.ai
Launch Your AI Voice Agent in Just 5 Minutes
voicei.ai is your white-label platform for building, testing, deploying, and monitoring AI voice agents that deliver natural conversations via phone.
Step 1 — Sign In to Your Dashboard
Start by signing in to your Voicei.ai account.
If you don’t have one yet, create it in seconds and access your personal dashboard.
Step 2 — Choose a Plan or Top Up Minutes
Go to the Subscription tab.
Here you can:
Choose the plan that fits your business, or
Top up minutes if you already have an active account.
Tip: If you’re just getting started, pick a plan that matches your average monthly call volume.
Step 3 — Add or Connect a Phone Number
After purchasing your plan, navigate to Phone Numbers.
You have two options:
Connect your existing number via SIP trunking, or
Click “Add New Number.”
Next:
Select your area code,
Enter a name for your number.
That’s it — your number is ready! 📞
Tip: Use descriptive names like “Sales Line” or “Support Desk” to keep things organized.
Step 4 — Create Your AI Agent
Now, go to the Agents tab and click “Create Agent.”
You can:
Choose from a template that matches your industry, or
Let AI create a custom agent for your business.
Step 5 — Generate with AI and Describe Your Business
Click “Generate with AI.”
Describe your business in a few sentences — include details like your services, business hours, and the type of customers you serve.
Voicei.ai’s smart AI will automatically create dialogues, call flows, and responses tailored to your business.
Pro Tip: Mention your top 3–5 most common customer questions for even more accurate results.
Step 6: Test Your Agent
- Use the Test button to run your agent in the browser
- Simulate interactions and refine responses as needed
Step 7 — Publish Your Agent
Once your AI agent is ready, it’s time to go live.
Click Publish, then:
Enter a version name,
Select the phone number you want to assign,
Click Publish again to confirm.
Your AI Receptionist is now live and ready to answer calls!
Congratulations! Your voicei.ai agent is now live. It can:
- Receive incoming calls
- Operate 24/7
- Schedule Appointment
