Purchase a Phone Number

With voicei.ai, you can easily buy and assign phone numbers directly from the dashboard. This allows your AI agents to handle real incoming and outgoing calls.

Getting Started

Steps to Purchase a Number

  1. Go to the Phone Numbers tab in your dashboard.

     
  2. Click “Buy New Number”.



 

  1. Complete the purchase.
  2. After you will have 1 available numhers
  3. Click “Add New Number”.



 

  1. (Optional) Enter a specific area code if you want a local number.



 

  1. Click “Buy Phone Number”.
  2. Assign the number to one of your agents.
  3. (Optional) Rename the number for easy identification, e.g. “Sales Line” or “Support Line”.

     
  4. Your number is now active — test it by making a call to confirm everything works.
